L'Oréal's Elvive UK roadshow

Set design & build and full staffing and logistics to deliver this major campaign. Live personalised analysis of hair type, plus hairwashing and product application.

Siemens Osram energy demonstration

Set uniquely developed to compare, through pedal power, the ease with which LED lamps are lit compared to the much larger pedal power required to light conventional lamps. This set has been used in events and at trade exhibitions across the UK and Europe as well as in B&Q staff training sessions.

Evian product launch activation

Bite supported the launch of Evian Fruit&Plants with high volume sampling targeting the travel sector - including 50,000 tastings at Waterloo station, plus sampling at airports, Liberty, Boots stores and M&S stores within BP service stations. 

Greencore vehicle conversion

Tastings provided nationwide from this converted vehicle - complete with freezing and cooking facilities, fully trained staff and power supply logistics forming part of a campaign which delivered 800,000 piping-hot samples.

Office drops (workplace sampling)

Offices across London and the major cities provide a very welcoming and targeted audience for many products - and we can refine this to offices which are close to specific stockists such as high street retailers or pub groups. We also provide weather-reactive sampling so can be out there in offices, parks and so forth on the best days.

Cadbury pop-up unit in 
Covent Garden

Supporting the Ice Cream Week PR initiative, this pop-up unit was designed and built to exacting Cadbury specifications to include walk-in freezers, and was built and dismantled overnight. Fully staffed including crowd control with over 25,000 ice creams sampled over a weekend, plus hundreds of taste-tests.

Osram home lighting roadshow

This set was designed and built by Bite to represent different parts of the home, and to explain the different lighting solutions available together with the different moods that they can bring. We provided lighting experts and took this roadshow on tour across the UK.

Greencore exhibition for BBC Good Food

This set provides volume frozen storage plus working kitchens for the heating and preparation of puddings. Fully modular and adapting across venue types from train stations to shopping centres and BBC Good Food. All roadshow logistics including staffing, customer engagement and all transportation and overnight set-up.

Baxters Soup tastings set

This set designed and produced by Bite reflects the product's packaging so that consumers understood they needed to shop for a chilled pot rather than a tin or carton. National roadshow serving hot samples in train stations and shopping centres. We supported this with a trailer conversion with working kitchen for outdoor venues including firework festivals.
